The company has the world-advanced high-precision and high-efficiency equipment and instruments. More than 60 NC and precision production equipments are used for the production of compressor products. It also has the compressor testing room, where the tests of all performances of compressors and those of relevant performances of main parts can be made. The company introduced the advanced production equipment and testing equipment from U.S.A, Germany , Japan , Russia , Italy , Austria , Denmark , etc and built engine testing room. During production, the company widely applied new processes, new technologies and microcomputer control, adopted reliable quality assurance (QA) system and advanced testing means and carried out strict process disciplines and site management, and as a result, the conformity rate of air conditioner refrigerating compressor products reaches up to 99.95%. The main technical indexes of products reach or exceed the advanced level of similar products abroad.
