Inside the Park, there are Chunlan Taizhou Headquarters, Chunlan Research Institute, Chunlan Post-doctoral Working Station, Chunlan College , Chunlan Museum , Taizhou (Chunlan) Hotel as well as the manufacturing plants of Chunlan air conditioners, washing machines, motorcycles, electrical bicycles, etc. The productive capacity is 6 million air conditioners, 1 million washing machines, 1 million motorcycles and 300,000 electrical bicycles.

Inside the Park, 21-storied Chunlan Research Institute and Chunlan Comprehensive Office Building are the symbolic buildings in Taizhou. Among them, Chunlan Research Institute, with a total floor area of 54,000m 2 , is the R & D building with the biggest floor area and most complete facilities in China 's business circle. The 1 st and 2 nd floors of this building are Chunlan Museum , which is one of the few domestic large enterprise museums until now. This museum is composed of History Hall, Electrical Appliance Hall, Auto Hall, New Energy Hall, Commercial Hall, Overseas Hall, Modern Family Hall and Future Hall. Inside the museum, intelligent photoelectric control means is used to exhibit the past, now and future of Chunlan in the forms of pictures and real objects.

The Park is intersperses with green lands and blue and white workshops alternate with each other in an orderly way. The high-tech automatic production line inside the workshops of Chunlan air conditioners, washing machines, motorcycles, electrical bicycles, etc have their respective characteristics.
