Chunlan Electrical Testing Center (State-level Laboratory) is a state-level electrical testing center with the capabilities of testing all performance for all types of appliances under a variety of working conditions ,but also one of the most authoritative internal home application product testing organizations which achieve the EU (CE) certification.
January 1985, authorized as the provincial statutory testing agency by Jiangsu Province Standards Bureau after passing the examination;
August 2001, authorized as Jiangsu Province quality inspection station for room air conditioner by Quality and Technical Supervision of Jiangsu Province;
December 2002, authorized as state-level laboratory by China Laboratory National Committee after passing the examination;
April & November 2003, authorized as 3C-site testing laboratory by China Quality Certification Center (CQC) and China EMC Certification Center (CEMC);

Heat balance laboratory is one of the best laboratories of testing the performance of room air conditioner, which testing condition is very close to the actual working conditions of air-conditioning room,so the test results is very precise.
Enthalpy difference laboratory tests not only the room air-conditionning cooling and heating capacity, but also various performance tests including non-steady state heating and fan performance;
EMC electrimagnetic compatibility laboratory is spacialized in the test and research of air conditioning anti-electromagnetic interference and transient over-voltage protection;
Noise laboratory which background noise is less than 20dB has the world¡¯s most advanced acoustic measuring instruments ¨C 2133 acoustic test system of Denmark B&K Company. It can simultaneously measure sound pressure, sound intensity, sound power vibration and other parameters with a high standard in testing and study noise characteristics of room air-conditioning;
Safety and working conditions laboratory tests the overall performance of each air-conditioning by drenching, crashing, falling, heating and other testing methods with the implementation of the standard which is stricter than national standard,even world standard.
