Chunlan post-doctoral research station,established formally on January 6th,1997,is the first batch of enterprises post-doctoral research station.Post-doctoral workstation,lead by National Post-doctoral Management Committee Office and Department of Personnel Jiangsu,takes the approaches of joint recruitment with mobile stations and joint training to recruit postdoctoral research personnel,according to self-financing policy of state enterprise workstations.

Baced on Chunlan strong technology and economic strength,Chunlan postdoctoral reseach station provides a broad space for the postdoctotoral reseachers to conduct scientific research.

Chunlan postdoctoral workstation has introduced more than 120 postdoctors who assume R&D provincial and municipal key projects,such as high energy nickel hydrogen battery research, structural finite element analysis research and applications, air conditioning sound quality technology research and application, modeling design of electrical appliances, compressor vibration research, air flow field analysis, networked home appliances development, motor combustion analysis research, and electronic information product research.

Chunlan warmly welcomes mobile work units and relevant personnel, who are willing to undertake post-doctoral research and to bring research projects to the station that fit in with Chunlan's strategic direction for science and technology or participate in prospective project development set by Chunlan.

Recent research direction is wide-temperate zone high-performance Ni-H battery research,small fuel cell system research,lithium-ion battery research,power supply energy estimation model research,digital home network SOC research,home gas air conditioner research,small digital DC inverter home air conditioner research,heat-pump air-conditioning technology research,sound quality evaluation and design optimization,oil-electric hybrid drive technology research and so on.
